Older Adult Fitness and Nutrition Classes

NEW YEAR, NEW YOU – Starts January 14, 2019.
MON WEDS FRI 12:00 NOON / $5 per class or $30 monthly
Angela Taylor (M.S. Clinical Nutrition / Certified Personal Trainer) will lead group fitness & nutrition
classes 3 days/week. Group workout from 12-1 PM followed by brown bag “lunch & learn” and social time.

About Instructor Angela Taylor:

Angela Taylor holds a Masters in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH), 3 degrees from Johns Hopkins University, and certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Additionally, she is the author of The BrainFood Cookbook - Autism / ADHD Recovery using the SCD / GAPS / Paleo dietwww.brainfoodcookbook.com  Ms. Taylor is certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer by AAAI-ISMA, with additional certifications in Older Adult Fitness and Sports Nutrition.
